The Wildekrans family take pleasure in sharing their wine valley with its treasured guests.

For a day joined by family and friends you can view collection of contempory art by Nikki Swanepoel, Wilma Cruise, Colbert Mashile, William Kentridge, Robert Hodgins, Simon Stone and other artists.
With Spring arriving, the Valley continues to produce the freshest supply of local produce, like jams, freshly-squeezed apple juice and Ross Gower’s superlative bubbly. Barry Gould has added homemade olive oil to his collection of his very own fine wines, which include a wooded Chenin and “A Simple Red” blend.

The family share a growing excitement about Wildekrans’s 200th birthday in a year or two. What is now a four-star-graded guest house began as a simple travelers’ inn in the early 1800s. A definite day for the diary.

Extremely Affordable, good quality, elegant drinking wine - for an evening of braaing with friends or to be enjoyed with a pasta or curry. I always keep a bottle or 2 in my cellar.
